We wish to announce an important essay competition for our distinguished readers: The Nigerian Voices Essay Contest.


Who Is The Sponsor?

 The Essay is sponsored my nigeria premiere online newspaper YNAIJA. The news agency is specifically targeting the voices of the youth as an important instrument in social re-engineering.


Who Can Contest?

This contest is open to Nigerians between the ages of  18-36, who are confident enough to display there writings for the world to see.


What is The Topic?

The topic of this essay is any experience you have had. It can be success, failure, fear................. anything at all that a human can experience is allowed.


What Are The Guidelines?

  1. Your Essay must be between 400-1500 words in length. also, you can also attach pictures and videos if you want to.
  2. Points will be awarded for: 
  • Honesty.
  • Correct Grammar, and Language Usage.
  • Originality of  Writeup. 

What Are The Prizes?

The winner of this essay will go home with a whooping #50,000, and an Android device with a one month data subscription.

Runners up will all go home with Android devices and other consolation prizes.

30 top essays will also feature on the YNAIJA website.
