The Wonders of Moringa



                MORINGA

       Moringa is a plant that is grown in the tropics. It’s also known as: ben nut tree, horseradish tree, or the clarifier tree. In most African language, it’s often called “NEBEDAYE’ which means “NEVER DIE”. There is no part of the moringa plant that is useless, its leaves, fruit, bark, flower, fruit, seed, and root, are all medicinal.


     The moringa plant is used to aid the treatment of most ailment such as: kidney stone, headaches, thyroid disorder, and cases of fluid retention in the body. It’s also used to treat infections of various kinds, be it bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infections.


       More so, the moringa plan is used to increase sex drive, boost the immune system, and most people use it as nutritional supplement. It’s an important food source, it’s easy to cultivate, cheap, and when dried, there are no nutrient lost, since it retains its vitamins and minerals. It’s equally rich in antioxidants and bioactive plant compounds

1.     Moringa soup: 

The leaves of the moringa plant can be ground and used for soup making. This has been suspected to alleviate asthma symptoms. The leaves of the moringa plant contains a chemical that relaxes the bronchioles.

2.     Chewing Stick:

 The stem of the moringa plant is very rich in zinc. Zinc helps in the regulation of the insulin produced in the body. This is wonderfull news for sufferers of diabetes and for those that just want to keep there blood sugar level in check.

3.     Moringa Seed and Honey:

 The moringa seed is rich in vitamin A, and can be consumed with honey to foster a better eyesight. The seed is mixed abundantly with honey to form a syrup, that can and should be taken at regular intervals.
